As both design and build collaborators, we partnered closely with Manor Brook Homes to bring Falls Walk to life from the ground up—guiding all selections, layouts, and furnishings from afar while acting as the client’s eyes on-site. Balancing her desire for cozy charm with elegant restraint, we blended natural materials, light-filled textures, and mixed metals to create a layered, transitional palette. The custom banquette in the dining room solved a spatial challenge while enhancing the intimacy of her favorite hosting space. Every decision—from the statement lighting to the paneled appliances—was made to support a home that feels deeply lived in and loved. This is what we aim for in every project: a design that doesn't just reflect a style, but honors a story.

our approach

Falls Walk was a deeply personal project for a longtime client returning to her hometown of Chagrin Falls. After experiencing a profound life change, she came to us with a vision: to create a new home filled with warmth, comfort, and the joy of being surrounded by friends and family. With her love for cottage charm and timeless elegance, we designed every space to reflect softness, personality, and a sense of coming home. The house includes thoughtful nods to her lifestyle and memories—from a cozy wine room in honor of her late husband, to a custom-built dog room with integrated crates and a wash station for her beloved pets. The style is curated and collected, with layered wallcoverings, soft blue accents, and whimsical details that add feminine energy without overwhelming the space. Every corner of the home was built to feel inviting, airy, and entirely hers.
